The steps in our “Powder Dat Process” are intentional, fully thought-out and well documented to ensure repeatable, consistent high-quality results. We feel that the customer deserves the “sleep-at-night factor” knowing that the project will be done correctly and on time! From the time the part is received to the point at which it has been in use, having documentation of the entire process will ensure that you are getting what you are paying for. What follows is an overview of each step along the way. Your coated item will follow this same path (depending on base material and coating system) and will be delivered with a full QAQC report detailing steps, observations, pictures, measurements and results.
